Plein Air Watercolor Two Day Workshop with Paul Trowbridge

An event every day that begins at 10:00am, repeating until July 28, 2018
This two day workshop will include demos, assignments, and painting on location with lots of individual and group feedback. Watercolor technique will be explored. General artistic concerns such as design and expression will be discussed. All levels of students are welcome. Subject matter immediately at hand would be the dock, boats, a boat yard, and the historic town buildings and gardens. Bring your regular painting kit, easel, chair and so forth. A suggested list is available. Weather can be cool or warm so bring a flexible wardrobe.
Location: Stonington, Maine. We will meet at town dock next to the bronze statue. There are public parking and restrooms as well as a couple of restaurants nearby. Subject matter will include town scenes of the harbor, boats, and Victorian architecture with scenic water views.

Time: 10-4 each day with a one hour lunch break.
Limitations: Minimum of 4 students and a max of 10. Sign up early for the workshop. Enrollment is needed by July 13.
